obtain a bachelor’s degree
We want students to make choices now, that will eventually result in them retiring with more in their pockets! But we know making it all the way to graduation is easier said than done. First-Generation college students face unique challenges that prevent them from graduating.
A First-Generation student is someone whose parent(s) did not complete a 4-year college or university degree, regardless of other family members' level of education. Navigating financial aid, registration, work, and networking for the first time can be daunting, especially if you feel like you’re doing it alone. That’s why we’ve partnered with several non-profits whose goals are to support and assist these First-Gen students in their journey to the finish line.
Getting students across the stage is how we #RetireInequality.
